The pumpkinseeds which are
grown in Styria are a unique variety, Cucurbita pepo convar. Citrullina
var. styriaca. They grow without a husk, are dark green in color and are
of great physiological and nutritional value.
Pumpkinseeds are famous for their special, unique flavour.
Pumpkinseeds can be eaten like nuts etc. - a high protein snack for every
age. As an alternative to conventional snacks, STEIRERGOLD pumpkinseeds
are available in three different forms:

Because of their nutty flavour, pumpkinseeds are an excellent ingredient
for baking tasty bread and rolls. They can also be added to muesli or
desserts to give a distinctive flavour.
The fact that we have got our own packing facility means tht we can comply
with customers individual packaging requirements (packages of between
50 g and 25 kg are possible).
If stored in a cool and dry place, styrian pumpkinseeds have a shelf-life
of at least one year.
